When I needed an eye patch, Amazon offered me a trio of different brands to try as a special offer, so I did. This, by far, was the best patch. First, the shape is more triangular so it sits well in the eye socket. The elastic strap is sturdy. There is a thin vinyl stripping stitched tightly around the perimeter of the eye patch. It also looks good; it's not a big round patch that rides up onto your forehead, and it does not look like some Halloween pirate eye patch. This is the patch you want because you won't need to keep replacing it every week.

When my contacts start feeling uncomfortable due to protein build-up, I use one tablet in the cup with Aosept, and the next day my contacts feel like new again.
I ordered this online but it took forever for the order to arrive. I've since found it at Walgreens and will buy future supplies from my local store.

I had cataract surgery in my right eye seven years ago and had planned to do my left eye a year later. But, having read about N-acetyl carnosine, I decided to try it first. Here I am, seven years later and my cataract has not progressed at all, according to my opthalmologist, and it is much lighter in color. It used to be dark yellow in strong sunlight and is now almost as white as my right eye. The cataract is still there, but I don't feel the need to remove it, as my sight is fine. I never stopped using the drops, but now I only use it twice a day, not four times.
