We had a handsome 7 year old son and then we had 3 m/c's trying to conceive another child. We had put our name in at the fertility clinic and had not heard anything. Like many ladies who've discovered the benefits of makeup primer, I was tired of spending big bucks for small containers that were "hit or miss". I read about Monistat on a beauty blog and decided to try it...am I ever glad I did! It works better than the pricey primers I've purchased in the past (my mineral makeup glides on smoothly and stays until I wash it off at night). My daughter is four yrs old and has severe eczema on her arms, hands, legs, and feet. Out of desperation to find the cause, I started to google for information about the causes of eczema. Basically, no one knows the causes or the cure. I prayed about it for many months and was led in the direction that the eczema may be a symptom of a yeast over growth in the intestines. I figured this out by giving her an enema. The eczema cleared up for a week and then returned. I started to research ways to clear a yeast over growth and found this product. I started her on a half packet on Dec.23, 2009. Her die-off was pretty bad. She was extremely itchy and could not sleep. However, VERY SLOWLY, she started to improve. Every 10 days I added another half packet. Each time I added more, she would experience a little die-off, but nothing like the first. Now she is taking three packets a day and her eczema looks great! I have also been giving her digestive enzymes that I bought from GNC, as well as a multi-vitamin. I have really not changed her diet. This product is worth trying for two months atleast. You may get discouraged in the beginning (I did), but keep going. Today is Feb. 23, 2010, and I am so glad that our two months are over. I am going to start limiting her packets to one a day. When i first read about the DivaCup in a magazine, I could only imagine it being uncomfortable and a mess to deal with. Then a year or to later, I saw it at Whole Foods, some girlfriends and I picked up the box and kinda thought it was gross.... Then I got home and got on the computer to read some reviews on it. Which convinced to me order one, and unlike most months, I was actually looking forward to my period for the month. When my Diva Cup arrived in the mail, I took it out of the box, read all the instructions, and I tried it out, even thought I wasn't on my period. I wanted to make sure it was a right fit, as well as understand and feel it before that time of the month came.
I can honestly say, I think it is the best money I have spent in a long time! It is comfortable, easy, clean, convenient, you don't waste a ton of paper products, not to mention you don't have to dispose of all the paper products. Aside from my mild cramps that come along with my periods, I can totally forget that I am on it. Every 12 hours I take it out, clean it and replace it, it works out great!
If you are uncomfortable with inserting the cup, if it helps, it is easier then a tampon to put in. It is a little different, but if you put in a tampon correctly most likely it will be no problem. I have been able to change it right before bed and go all nite with no leaks, and in the morning I change it again... to be fine all day and change again before I go to bed. I even workout with it in, and I havn't even noticed it!
It is amazing, it has totally changed the way I feel about my period, it has made it more comfortable, less expensive, less wasteful and less hassle.
If you are on the fence about it, get it, you have noting to lose!!

I love this thing. It does not leak, you can't feel it at all, if you follow the instructions it's easy to insert. Plus, it's much better for the environment than pads or tampons. It is no more invasive than a tampon but it doesn't hurt, even after extended use. I can't believe I spent so many years without one.

First of all, this is the best lubricant I have ever tried. The applicator tube works great and it really just seems like a natural wetness, which KY never feels like. But the best part about Pre-Seed is that I got pregnant the very first month I used this product! I used it in conjunction with Instead Softcups, which are going through the process of being marketed legally as fertility aids.
