I have heavy underarm sweating and this product stops it cold. Use initally for two days in a row and then every other day or every two days. It's that good. Apply at night before bedtime so it soaks in. Use a deoderant in the morning for smell protection before heading to work etc.

I began using this deodorant because I hated all the perfume put into other, scented deodorant, especially those made for men. I also found that many men's deodorants caused me to develop a rash after continued use. This product is great because it doesn't come loaded with scents that can be sometimes overpowering and it hasn't caused me to develop a rash, even after a year or more of use.

I use this on my 2 1/2 year old son when he has really gnarly poop and he gets a the equivalent of diaper rash. also works great if you get a chaffed butt from horseback riding or thongs. When i was pregnant my butt crack was sore all the time from sweat and having a fat rear. this stuff took care of the soreness in the first day.

My wife complains that no typical deodorant works well enough for her desire. She complains that they either do not smell nice enough or that they do not last long enough. However, that is not the case with the entire Secret Clinical Strength line. She loves them all and has so much positive to say about it.
The only thing I would like to mention, is that if you are satisfied with non clinical strength versions I would advise you to stick with them as there are some preliminary medical studies linking strong antiperspirants to an increase in breast cancer. The assumption is that the bad things your body is trying to expel get locked in and cause a build up of cancer causing agents. No definitive studies have occurred from what I have read, but it is something to consider.

I perspire pretty heavily & have had to use clinical protection antiperspirant + deodorant in the past to reduce odor. I've used the Crystal rock stuff before & it didn't work well enough. This Thai spray is great, though. It prevents most underarm odor. I use body spray over it & sometimes need to apply a 2nd time in the day, but I definitely prefer it to the regular stuff & I know it is healthier.
