I love this! it's the 2cond weight gainer I try but I've also tried some pretty bad taste shakes etc and the chocolate flavor is really yummy. I put a banana, rice milk and the result is a delicious cold drink ;) Also it doesn't give me the bloated feeling so I can still eat a little more solid foods after drinking it.

i have tried this product twice, the first time i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks, but hit a plateau after that. the second time, i lost 3 lbs in the first 6 days. it works very well. it suppresses your appetite, and takes away your cravings. it also makes you feel very full by eating very little, and very thirsty so you drink plenty of water. every one i know has tried it and lost weight with the exception of my friend jenny who just isn't losing. i highly recommend it!

My alternative health resource recommended that I head out to a "fish store" to obtain some pH test trips to determine if I was overly acidic or alkaline. I'm bought this to help me live through the "Insanity" program. Seems to have done its job well.
I like how I can mix this in with a protein shake before workout and not have it change the taste. I previously had a "fruit punch" creatine drink from Walmart and that was a pain - way too sweet and had to drink it separately from my protein shake.
This is also more cost effective because the small-looking bottle has a LOT of servings.
