First off i think this is a great value. The bag is huge and lasts forever even if you make a shake every day. My husband buys isopure protien and that stuff is so expensive and contains all kinds of sugur ect. but this hemp protien is great for smoothies. I like to add it to skim milk, rice milk, coconut milk, some berries, maybe a bannana & i add a tbsp of psyllium as well. it taste great in my opinion, not like a sweet sugary smoothie, but like a nutty flavor. even my kids like to have a little scoup in there milk, they love it!! A great buy :)

I am a college student and a pretty avid athlete. I've gotta say that I was pretty surprised at how good these bars taste and at how filling they are. I've been using them for over a year and they are pretty amazing. Give you lots of protein and doesn't have much sugar. I eat two a day (one for breakfast, one before a workout), and love them. I love this flavor and the chocolate chip one (although the chocolate chip one slightly better).

I have been taking these for about 4 months now. Yeah, these vitamins are quite expensive compared to regular OTC multivitamins e.g. centrum. However, centrum did not work for me as I got a terrible stomach pain immediately after having those (even with a meal). I did not have that problem with these multivitamins. I also feel that my energy level has gone up as I am able to handle a lot of stress and still carry on with energy through the day. I also did not see the excessive yellow coloration of the urine immediately after taking these, which usually means that most of the vitamins are really getting absorbed by the body and not just going down the drain :) I guess thats where the natural vs formulated makes a difference. All in all, I would continue to take these and hope that they reduce the price a bit.
