I've been using this product for more than one year and it's done great things. The quality of the protein is really good and the taste is great. If you want it to work for you, just make sure to know how many grams of protein you need each day, substract those you get from meals, and have the rest with whey protein. Typically I don't review things that I buy offline but had too with this product. I only had around 10-12 lbs to lose. Started out at 130.5 and within a little over a week currently at 122.5. I really have to make myself eat during the day as I am just not hungry at all. I have noticed that I sweat more so than usual. Overall I am really impressed with this pills!

I love this protein. I have tried the Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana and Chocolate flavors. My daughter loves their chocolate Mocchiato (sp?) flavor..I dont as Im not a huge fan of chocolate (but the chocolate did taste fine) or coffee flavored proteins. But I would highly recommend it to everyone.
I normally drink it with 4 oz regular room temperature water, and it still tastes great! Ive also had it blended as a smoothie with banana and soy milk and its even better. But out of convenience I just put some water and the protein in my shaker while at work..quick and easy! Ive noticed it helps reduce my appetite and helps with my lean muscle!! I love this stuff!

like i said damn this stuff is kinda incredible... i dont know how to describe it but here i go. about 20 or so min. after i take it i start to feel kinda lazy toward everything besides working out. this sounds weird but thats how i can describe the feeling it gives me. I zone out so i never take it if im going to be driving because i wont be paying attention haha. Anyway i have made some of the biggest gains i have ever seen. i am 17 i was super skinny but strong and after starting this about 2 mouths ago i have gained about 15 lbs witch is crazy because i am still at 6% body fat... the only thing that i have to say that is bad about it is, its kinda addicting haha. when u go to the gym without taking your scoop you just dont feel the motivation to destroy the weight. haha its kinda weird but i love this stuff and i will stick by it i dont think i will be changing my preworkout for a while
