As other reviewers said, these really do work, unlike most other sugary cough drops out there. I get a nasty dry allergy cough every spring/summer, and these are the only things that can stop the endless nagging urge to cough, and I've tried literally everything I could get my hands on. They are a strong flavor, but if you suffer from an allergy cough like i do, it's blessed relief.
