  Not perfect, but beats separate bedrooms or earplugs, 2008-12-16
My husband has a narrow bridge on his nose and the slightest congestion results in snorting snoring. I have tried wearing earplugs but my ears get itchy, and I'd rather sleep with him--emphasis on "sleep" and "with him." Breathe Right strips help most of the time--they are not for the throaty choking kind of snoring that may go away if you lie on your side and may require a C-PAP machine--they are just for stuffy nose snoring. They don't seem to work on my nose when I get a stuffy nose, but they help him for the most part. The generic kind don't work nearly as well, either.

I have been using these things for a couple years. I discovered the Amazon subscription program about 6 months ago and I have been greatly pleased. The price is cheaper than in any drug or grocery store and it comes to my door without me having to order it.
If I don't put one of these little guys on before I go to bed, I get a happy, little nudge from the wife telling me to put it on or go sleep in the guest room.

These little guys are very sticky and just springy enough to pull open your nasal passages to let you breath easy. They help with snoring, but I use them in order to be able to breath through my nose comfortably. No complaints here, just clean, stick and breath.
If you have sensitive skin, opt for the clear ones. They don't adhere as strongly, so are much easier to peel off in the morning.

Since I've been pregnant the last couple of months, I've apparently developed a permanently stuffy nose. Not sure if it's swollen nasal passages, more mucous production, or both, but the end result is that I can't breathe through my nose at night and I'm always waking up with a sore throat.
I was skeptically browsing for vaporizers (since a humidifier didn't help) and decided to try Breathe Right. Most people associate them with snoring; I had no idea of whether or not it could cut through congestion.
Wow, does it! I can't believe how I'm breathing deeply through my nose again at night. No more sore throat, no more breathing discomfort. It holds my nasal passages open far enough that I'm able to breathe fine, despite the effects of the pregnancy.
Out of all the nighttime pregnancy discomfort that I have to look forward to over the next several months, I'm completely thrilled that breathing difficulty won't be one of my issues!

My wife says that when I use these strips, it stops most of my snoring. Even when I still snore, she says it isn't as loud. The strips stay in place throughout the night (unlike other products that go inside the nose).

Thanks to breathe right, I get to sleep. My husband sometimes puts two small sized on top of each other for a super powered one. They don't necesarily stop the snoring but they do take it down to a reasonably soft level. Try in conjunction with no snore spray.
