I was recently diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy and had to begin taking my blood pressure in earnest. I was using a wrist model by the same company, but my doctor recommended I use a regular cuff monitor from this company for a more accurate reading. It's very easy to use. I chose the setting where the monitor takes 3 readings each time and gives an average of them. I've read unfavorable reviews about the software that allows you to make a printout graph of your readings, but I haven't had time to install or us this feature. My only concern is that the cover that hides the batteries keeps coming off unexpectedly. I think the price of the unit is a little high too, but I needed to have a good, accurate machine.

I just started taking less than a week ago and already started losing weight. Lost 3 lbs in two days. I do make sure to eat smaller portion meals even though i feel like eating nothing at all. And i do take at least a mile walk. This is great. Side-effect I guess u sweat a lot when working out so u have to make sure u are always hydrated. I only plan on taking this for a month, i want to lose 10-20lbs. So I will come back to say if I lost it or not in one month! But so far so good!

The super slim pomegranate, worked wonders for me, I started taking them in Mar. by May I lost 18lbs, bought another box this time the one that says 100% authentic 2010,lost another 5lbs and then I think I started to taper off or perhaps not working out so hard and slacking on the . and not working put as hard. so I decided to go back to the reg. super slim I like it better. However even though it says you can eat whatever you want and still lose, I believe if you stay within a certain caloric range depending on how active you are you should be ok. I was working out 3-4 times a week for 2hr and sometimes twice a day and stay between 1200-1500 cal. it worked for me and I'm loving it.
