How to Use 1. Peel: - For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
- Open foil pouch and remove.

I wish Crest would make larger versions for people with nice big smiles!!! I've used different versions of Crest's white strips and they're all soooo small, it's silly. I've solved this problem by using two packets at at time so I can wrap as far back as I can reach and I overlap the extra bits UNDER and BEHIND my teeth since I'm sure teeth get stained in back as well : ) Tooth whitening should look nice, not where the front part of the teeth are white and then, whoops, stained sides when someone smiles. So, my tip is to whiten behind teeth as well for much better results. The strips SHOULD cover all visible teeth, not just the front bit and the strips should be wide enough to be able to fold under so the backs of teeth can be whitened.
These do work and I eat and drink lots of healthy foods that stain teeth on a daily basis. There are tons of strips in this pack. But, I see the seller has raised the price $10, so unless they lower the price again, I'll find someone or somewhere else to buy them.
Get it together, Crest. Bigger, wider, longer strips! Sheesh...

I would not normally write a review for something like this or completely believe reviews that have been left already but this product REALLY does work!!!
I have used other whitening products before and of course I had doubts as to the effectiveness of this one but, as with the other customers who have tried this, I noticed results even after just a few days of using it!!
I personally found the strips very easy to apply and keep in place and would just use them when I was reading in the evening or something. It is true that you can't eat, drink or talk when we have them on your teeth but that isn't really too much of a problem for a total of an hour a day.
I work in a bar part time and I have received so many compliments from customers about how great my teeth look - you can't help but be smiley when you have such nice white teeth!
Honestly, give them a go! I have just finished one pack and am so happy with the results I have just ordered a second pack to make sure that the whiteness is maintained. It is a great price as well considering the amount that you can pay for whitening products in the stores.

The item works very well however I didn't use completely as directed. I can not imagine using these strips twice a day. They do cause some sensitivity within the first two days of use but it goes away.

I think these work good but my eyesight is weak so I think my teeth are getting whiter.
