I ordered this about six weeks ago after reading that magnesium can help alleviate swelling around the joints. Well it works like a charm for me. No more ridiculously swollen, painful feet and ankles or even general water retention. In addition, my back feels less tight and achey, particularly when I take it right before bedtime. It has a nice muscle relaxing effect and I find I fall asleep faster and sleep better. Less pain just makes for a better day overall. I'm not so tried, achey and grouchy anymore! Plus now I can wear pretty strappy shoes again.
The taste is like an overly tart lemonade, which I don't mind. I read some reviews criticizing the taste and find it amusing that someone would not take the product simply because they dislike tart things. I hate the taste of grapefruit but if this product tasted like it I would just gulp it down fast because the benefits would far outweigh the few seconds to drink it.

One n' Only is the best! When I began to have health issues in 2006 I became diligent about seeking quality vitamin supplements, along with changing my diet drastically. Unfortunately, I found that most quality supplements require dosages of multiple tablets, multiple times per day. One day in 2007 as I shopped at a health food store, I happened upon the One n' Only supplements and decided to try it since it contained most of the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs I sought. I've been researching my supplement intake for many years - and when I was deciding on a good multi-vitamin, I looked everywhere to check reviews and research both good vitamins AND a reputable company. From everything I gathered, LifeEssence - The Master Multiple was by far the most reputable and most comprehensive multi. I have been taking the Master Multiple for about 3 years now, and I have been extremely satisfied. I have adhered to taking 2 in the AM, 1 at lunch, and 1 with dinner - and I can really tell a difference when I forget to take them (when I'm on vacation I often slip on taking my vitamins - whoops!).
Another thing to mention is that I have a very sensitive stomach, so I always try to take my vitamins with a meal - but I've never had these bother my stomach.
My husband takes their 1 and Only multiple (because there's no way I could get him to take 4 pills), and he too feels great.

Anyone who has ever tasted a more pure form of magnesium -- for instance, the thick liquid I took once -- will find this delightful tasting. Mg is a very hard taste to camouflage, and tart (which it is, but you can adjust just by putting it in more water) is way better than unflavored could ever be. Great product.
