Much better than just paper, especially if you have any "complications".
These are by far the best I've tried. They are not too thick or too thin and they retain the right amount of moisture for almost the entire tub. I usually add a tiny amount of water when it gets down to the last 10% or so.
The dispenser works better than most. The button that opens the lid can get stuck down, especially on the refills. It's easy to open the lid and pop it back up, but slightly inconvenient. The towelettes come up at a time until the last 3-4. Then I sometimes get more than one.
I have had no flushing problems at all, which I did with some other brands.

These are great wipes! I cannot agree with the previous reviewer who said they are thin. I dont know what kind of load they were putting on these things, but they are not thin!
Also, I dont use the pop-up feature, but instead open the top of the box which allows you to tear them in half when a whole sheet is not necessary.
These are great! I highly recommend them! They are perfect for their intended use and perfect for the whole famiy! I will definitely be buying these again!

Cottonelle Fresh flushable Wipes are great. They are the best personal wipes on the market. They are bigger and thicker than most other wipes so you can use one instead of two from other brands. They are great for travel and everyday use. Another place to get them is from Costco. They have them in a box that includes individual wrapped travel wipes and refill units with a plastic box.

Finally a Tissue My Wife and I Can Both Agree On, 2010-06-24
During the nearly 30 years that my wife and I have been married, we have been on opposite ends (as it were) of the toilet tissue issue. She wants a soft paper and isn't all that concerned with strength, while I want a strong tissue that is absorbent and I am not particularly concerned about softness. It has actually been a running feud when one or the other of us goes to the store.
We discovered this on the site and decided to give it a try. We both liked it, as it had elements of each person's preferences. It was a great compromise with the softness she wanted and the strength that I wanted.
The price can seem a little high, but you have to realize it is getting delivered in bulk. In addition, where we live we have to travel at least 40 miles roundtrip to get to a store where we can get a better price. I would rather pay a little extra per roll, get it delivered when I need it, not worry about hunting down sales and spending the time and fuel to drive to a store to get it at a better price. Paying a little extra is well worth avoiding all the trouble!

These items are neat little towelettes with their own handy little plastic container, and each comes with an extra refill package. They are very handy, and work wonders for insuring cleanliness. Personally, I now consider them a necessary part of my toiletries!
On the down side, flushing these things *can* result in plumbing problems, as I experienced. Apparently, if your sewer line is relatively new and clear, they should give you no problems. But, if your system has any place in it where things can collect, you will face problems. According to the plumber, toilet paper begins to break down quite quickly, but these towelettes can take over a month to do so.
So, overall, I do like this product, and I recommend it. I just recommend that if you live in an older house, that you do not flush them.

Trust me, I've tried them all. These are the best wipes. I have 3 dogs, so I carry one box in the car, & one box to the beach.
