all in all i am happy with this shower stool. assembling it was fool proof, it is very sturdy and you don't have to be afraid that you (or your loved one) will fall off. the "swivel" part is actually pretty nifty, too. only problem is with the shelf - it won't stay in place. i have a narrow bathtub and it fit perfectly as well.

Hey I created a VIDEO REVIEW to show everyone that this is a good product despite what the negative reviews have said. Go to youtube and search "Hair dryer stand review" to find it(for some reason Amazon won't upload video). It is tall enough, it is sturdy enough, it doesn't wobble, the gooseneck will hold my big Bespoke labs T3 blowdryer in any position, and it was easy to assemble.

I have lymphedema in my legs, which causes my legs and feet to swell with lymph fluid when sitting or standing in a normal position. I bought this unit because I wanted something automated that could massage my legs. This unit helps by filling the leg sleeves with air, which pushes against the skin with pressure. Then it releases the air pressure, and does it all over again. I would say that each interval is about 2-5 minutes. The initial air filling is a little slow, but gets there. After that it is better. The air pressure is adjustable with up and down arrows, but does not have any meter to measure, so you have to go by feeling.
Does this lower my leg swelling? To a point. It depends on how long I leave it on.
Are they comfortable? Kind of. They aren't too hard to put on, with the zippers, but are difficult to take off if you do not have long socks or cloth around your legs, as it is made of plastic. After about 30 minutes, I have had enough. It makes you sweat.
I recommend this, because it is economical compared to most other solutions that I have seen that help massage the fluid out of the legs and feet.
Warning: My lymphedema is mild compared to most others that I have seen, and I use compression stockings about 5-6 days a week to keep it under control. I do not think these would fit people who have extreme fluid build up in their legs, primarily people who are extremely overweight.

i love this product, the only thing I would complain about is that one of my feet naturally slips into the center. I think it is because the alignment of the toe grabbers is off :( Because of this i don't use them like regular slippers, I just use them when i am sitting stationary.

This is a well-made item, though not as well-made as the EasyWipe of which it seems to be a knock-off. It works well, and at half the price of the original, it is a great bargain. I have a handheld bidet (available at Amazon.com) which I use first. Fabulous contraption! Then I use this little tool with a wet wipe, and I am as clean and fresh as if I just got out of the shower. By using the handheld bidet and a single wet wipe I have been able to stop buying toilet paper altogether, and I've never felt so clean in all my 84 years. I don't know why people are giving this product such bad reviews. Holding the wipe diagonally, just tuck two corners into the groove, and you're set. I don't bother with the release button because there is very little soiling on the wipe due to the effectiveness of the pre-wash with the bidet, and I simply remove the wipe and discard it. One more thing - I always wash the tool in soapy water after each use. Oh! Did I say it was comfy? It is!! And such a boon for someone with arthritis of the shoulder.
