I am MOST IMPRESSED. I am constantly barefoot and the bottoms of my feet, especially the heels, had developed VERY thick callouses that had gotten so thick they even cracked. I used this product and was totally amazed. It took some time to really get down to some living skin, but it did work great. I use it about every week or two now and my heels and feet have made a dramatic change. WOW what a product.

these are great! they are perfect for my super high heels and save my feet at weddings. They are pretty easy to position and they stay in your shoe, not like other one that come unstuck in the middle of the day and you spend the rest of the day trying to get it to re-stick and stay.I want to get them for all my heels!

This worked great for me - very comfortable in the shoes I wear to the office every day. I have a desk job, but was looking for more comfort than in the shoes I have. They held up well for me as well, although I've probably kept them too long - almost a year. Still some support left in the arch and heel, the front half (no gel section) is not worn through, but pretty much flat now. I plan to swap these out more often in the future - every 4-6 months for me most likely.

These insoles help with plantar fascitis, 2010-06-11
I purchased these because they have some good arch support and I have very low insteps, which was caused plantar fascitis (heel pain). It's become unbearable to walk in regular shoes or on the hard floor. As soon as I put these insoles into my shoes I have been able to walk around without any pain at all. They really should advertise them for plantar fascitis as well as arthritis. Although I do have pain in my joints due to arthritis, and these have helped some, especially with my knees, it's really the heel pain that is noticeably missing whenever I'm wearing them.
