They don't taste very good to me. And I compared the percentages on these to a few of the popular gummi vitamins and these Coromega vites seem to be lacking.

At first kinda weird, then great!, 2010-07-19
So yeah at first my daughter and I thought it was nasty ( She is 2 by the way). But for some odd reason, the taste grew on us on our 3rd packet. Now I kinda crave it and she loves it too and always wants more, weird huh? We put ours in the fridge so that helps with taste too I suppose. Research suggests that it helps toddlers brain and such but it is too early to tell if its helping her because she as always been smart, hope this really benefits her health. I suggest it to anyone.

I am not a big fan of taking pills, so these individual gel packs do the trick well. There is no fishy flavor, and I prefer them a little chilled versus room temperature. It's still too early to tell if this product will have any positive effect on my cholesterol, but at least it is easy and tasty to use.

Coromega is a wonderful and unique form of fish oil. It delivers the Omega-3 fatty acids present in fish oil in a particularly efficient way, making it an extremely bioavailable form of fish oil. It is tested to ensure that it is pure and not contaminated by mercury, or other contaminants or heavy metals. Only quality ingredient are used in its manufacture; it sweetened with stevia, in my opinion (and many health experts) the best natural sweetener of all.
Coromega comes in little daily dose squeeze packets that are convenient for travel and that keep the oil fresh for a long time (unlike some brands that go rancid easily after you open the bottle). I carry some packets in my purse and sometimes take them before a meal out when I'm hungry but have to wait to eat, since they contain 20 calories and take the edge off my hunger. Even on an empty stomach, they cause me no digestive upset at all and I love the flavor. The orange is my favorite and doesn't taste at all like fish, but has an orange-y creamsicle flavor. Even children will love this! It is a great solution for people who find it unpleasant to take fish oil, or for people who can't take it at all because of nausea, digestive upset, etc. It has no aftertaste and doesn't repeat on you.
Coromega does contain eggs, so if you're allergic, you should look for other sources of fish oil.
Highly recommended.
