The Braun 1-150 is a good razor. My only complaint is I am not able to shave when the product is being recharged. If the battery runs out in the middle of your shave, you're out of luck. Otherwise, the product does a fine job shaving my beard.

I was looking for a men's electric razor and I thought I should write a review on this product. I don't use it, but my wife raves about this everytime she uses it. She said in the beginning, there is a bit of pain, but once you get use to it, its the best. It removes hair completely and she has stopped using wax products. This is ideal for under arms and legs. I owned Braun products and they have always been flawless. I think a very good product should receive a review.

I bought this for my husband Christmas 2009. My husband loves loves this shaver but I wanted to wait a little bit before giving any reviews just to make sure he remained very happy with it. After watching the promo on Braun's website about how it's supposed to remove the hassle/pain of shaving after a weekend of no shaving, I had to get it for my hubby. He is the type of man that can shave in the morning and have a beard at the end of the day...not a 5 o'clock shadow but a a good week worth of growth of a normal man's beard. So needless to say he did not shave often and when he did he only took it down to stubble. I figured hey ... give it a try at the very least it couldn't be any worse then all the others that has claimed the same. Well I am here to tell you this shaver is AMAZING! He shaves every other day faithfully! Right down to bare skin. His skins feels soo smooth like a baby's bottom. It makes him look so young and sexy. After 20 years of marriage, to finally feel his face I can not Thank Braun enough!!!

I wasn't aware that Braun recommends replacing the foil & cutter block every 18 months. When the foil on my four-year-old shaver broke and started scratching my face, I was all set to replace the razor. Luckily, I discovered this replacement pack. When I installed it, it was literally like a brand new razor. I'm very pleased.
The product arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. I'll certainly be purchasing another one when this one wears out.

It fits and razor like new, 2010-01-17
Braun will tell you that the foil and cutting head need to be replaced every 18 months, but I shaved much longer than that with the original cutting assembly, perhaps too long. Replacing was a snap, literally, and using the shaver after replacement with this new cutting assembly improved the shave from my Braun.
I was quite pleased that this foil has the updated hexagonal grid pattern rather than my old circular hole pattern in the original foil. This design does seem better at catching the facial hair for a closer shave.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the rather large S&H charge to send the cutter and foil set by mail. I think this company should do better at less packaging and a lower postal rate.
