I bought the first three seasons of Criminal Minds as a Mother's Day gift to my mother, who just loves psychopathic killer shows for some reason. On the basis of psyco killers alone, Criminal Minds has to be the most well written show on television, with every new episode, there's a new killer with his own idiosyncrasies that is uniquely different than the one before it. The cast of Criminal Minds is largely a group of relative unknowns, minus Joe Mantegna and Shemar Moore of Soul Train these days. Still every member of the cast plays their role perfectly from the forensic analyst to the criminal pathologist. If your like my mother and a fan of psycho killers, I can recommend no show any higher.

Criminal Minds is one of the best shows on TV!, 2010-09-06
Season 4 proves this. It's possibly the best season, and I can't wait till it arrives in the mail. Should be arriving soon. The characters are great and play off the others really well. The actors are amazing and the suspense sometimes keeps you on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what happens or going "look behind you, turn around!" My favorite character is probably Hotch, but I love the others as well (mainly Penelope, Emily, Reid, and Morgan). Keep the eeriness coming CM!

I LOVE Criminal Minds but I'm so disapointed all this DVD collection is coming out without any subtitles options, why is that??!!!?????
English is not my 1rst language and I really enjoy having the option to put English (or Spanish, or French) subtitles on to be able to understand everything and then watch it again without.
Also I don't live in a English-speaking country so subtitles are a must if I want to introduce my favorite TV series to my friends who don't know them. But without any subtitles most people won't even bother to try to watch it.
That's the only reason I'm not buying this item! What a shame.

Completely Addicted, 2010-09-06
I just started watching Criminal Minds in January 2010 and am completely addicted to it. I have purchased all 4 seasons and watched them through at least twice. Each episode is creepy and interesting and keeps me riveted to the last moment. I love each of the characters and the way that they relate to each other. One of the other reviews mentioned the fact that none of them outshines any other and I completely agree! Can't wait to get this season since I missed several of the early episodes.

the maestro,bill murray,presented with great castmates in a setting now entrancing us in the news as bp's oil spill slathers the aquatic gulf of mexico. we citizens just don't visualize the imperative to protect our oceans readily. this gentle,precious movie brings out the subtle aspects of bill murray as an actor. the way he utilizes negative space and defined his own bogart-like acting niche is caught in slow motion within the charm potential inherent in the vital,mundane ocean 'being'. small parts that easily escape daily scrutiny by our routine-driven lives are represented by steve zissou's quest and milieu-with the added dimension of comedy to fill it out. beautiful ocean colors dominate the visual presentation of this cinematic masterpiece.

I saw the first Alvin and the Chipmunks movie and thought it was cute, but this one is just as funny and great for a family movie day/night. Great bargain, would make a good gift and would definitely recommend!

I love criminal minds! It is very interesting to profile people. When watching the episodes, I usually try to participate and profile as I learn their techniques. I highly recommend this show to everybody who likes to be challenged and enjoys the thrill.
